The Rival Strength Jammer Arms and Spotter Arms bundle enables you to quickly and easily setup your Jammer Arms for a wide range of exercises. By using the Spotter Arms to position the Jammers, you no longer need to struggle and reach down or behind you when starting lifts!

The J-Series Spotter Arms 2.0 are compatible with all racks in our J-Series, or that have 60mm x 60mm box section uprights, and 1-inch front-facing holes. They also need 50mm or 100mm hole spacing (centre to centre of the hole) for the safety pin to work. If you rack is compatible with the Jammer Arms, it will be compatible with the Spotter Arms 2.0!

Bench Press

Use the Spotters to set your Jammers at the perfect height ready for a bench press

As well as making it so much easier to start benching (no more having to reach down to get the arms, or needing someone there to help you), the spotters also make the press far safer in case of failure

Seated Shoulder Press

Set your Jammers and Spotters higher up your rack uprights, and you're ready to go with a seated shoulder press

The distance that the Jammers are above the Spotters will determine the way the arms move, so take a bit of time to find that perfect lifting angle!

Incline Bench Press

To setup the Incline Bench Press, position your Jammers quite high above the Spotters

The most important part of setting up this exercise is that you get the angle of movement right - make sure for the majority of the exercise you're pressing in a straight line away from your body

Front Squat

You can also perform squats with the Jammer and Spotters!

Just position the Arms low on your rack - they should be as low as the depth of your squat - and you're ready to go

As with the Standing Shoulder Press, we find facing the rack and having the Jammer and Spotter Arms close together is the most comfortable way to perform this lift

Standing Shoulder Press

As with the seated shoulder press, simply position your Jammer and Spotter Arms higher up the rack, and start pressing

We prefer to face the rack for this exercise, so we're pressing the arms up and away from us - but this is just personal preference! With all of these exercises, have a play around and find what is most comfortable

The brackets also include 13 holes and a safety pin for angling and locking the arms at different positions, so no more need to reach behind you when starting your lifts

How will my Jammer Arms and Spotter Arms Bundle be delivered?

We will send the T-Series Jammer Arms with one of our courier partners on a next working day service.

The jammers will be sent in one box.

If the jammers do not arrive on the next working day, please check your tracking and your delivery options before contacting us.

If the jammer arms are ordered alongside other items, we may send them on a 2-working day pallet service.

We will contact you if you have placed a large order.

What's in the box?

The bundle will arrive in 2 boxes.

The jammers arrive pre-built.

No tools are included. We recommended all bolts are checked and tightened if necessary before use.

What does the Warranty cover?

Your 1-year Warranty covers the Jammers and Spotters breaking or not performing as expected.

The warranty does not cover cosmetic damages, general wear-and-tear, and the Arms breaking due to misuse.

The Bundle has arrived damaged.

In the very unlikely event that the Jammers/Spotters have arrived damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging (prior to opening the product if possible), and also the damages to the Arms, and contact us immediately.
