Introducing our new and improved J-Series Adjustable Jammer Arms 2.0!

After the success of our original J-Series Jammer Arms, we have made some major improvements to improve the usability and the overall quality of the Jammers themselves. 


NEW FEATURE - These jammers are now compatible with all racks and stands in our J-Series, and racks that have 1" front facing holes and a 60x60mm box section.


NEW FEATURE - The brand new multi-hole bracket includes 13 holes to either fix or support the Jammer Arms in place with the included safety pin. This will allow you to angle the Jammer arm before a lift so you no longer have to reach down or behind you to grab the handle. This is most effective in a chest press or shoulder press, where the Jammer Arms will be behind the bench before you even begin the lift.


NEW FEATURE - We have also added protective plastic to the touch points inside the bracket, front and back, to prevent any scratching on your rack.


The Jammer Arms also include adjustable handles and detachable mounting bracket, so you can quickly and easily make changes to your setup inbetween sets. The Jammer arms feature straight and angled grips on the handles, suitable for a range of different exercises, from chest press to bent over row!


50mm hole spacing along the front and side of the Jammer Arm for finer adjustments of the handles and accessories. These can also be used to hold J-Cups and other attachments, reducing how often the arms needs to be taken off your rack. 


Ensure speciality bar collars (48mm) are used to secure plates on the Jammer Arms during use. These can be purchased seperately, HERE.

Universal Bracket

The Adjustable Jammer Arms 2.0 now feature a universal bracket which is compatible with all racks that have 1-inch holes and 60x60mm box section uprights, and all the racks and stands in our J-Series


We also have Jammer Arms 2.0 for our T-Series range (50x50mm box section with 1-inch holes)

The brand new multi-hole bracket has been designed and developed by us, here in West Sussex


The 13 holes and included safety pin allow you to secure the jammers in a variety of positions and angles, that make it so much easier when starting lifts such as chest press and shoulder press, where previously the arms would be behind and below you and almost impossible to reach

The Adjustable Jammer Arms 2.0 are fully adjustable, and offer a wide variety of starting points and variations to your lifts


The adjustable handle can be repositioned high and low on the arm, allowing for a longer or shorter range of motion, depending where you place it


The new multi-hole bracket allows you to use the safety pin to lock your jammers at a variety of heights, which gives you a far more comfortable position to start your lifts, and they also act as a safety catch

Protective Plastic and rubber

We now include protective plastic on all touch points in the bracket for the Jammer Arms


And a heavy duty protective rubber stopper is also included on the rear side of the end of the arm


These plastic covers and rubber stoppers prevents scratches and marks on both the jammers and your rack, when placing and removing the jammers from your rack, and also when the jammers are in use

The multi-grip handle allows you to perform pronated, supinated, and neutral grip exercises. The handle has a 33mm diameter thick grip


The grip variety on offer with our Jammer Arms allows you train to muscle groups in the optimum way, and also ensures comfort when lifting


The handle measures 280mm x 277mm at its widest points

Adjustable multi-grip Handle

The multi-grip handles can be quickly and easily moved up and down each arm, so you can adjust the handles positioning on the arm for whatever exercise you're doing


Each handle includes a quick change safety pin, that keeps the handle safely secured, and also makes adjusting the position effortless

1-inch front and side facing holes

With 1-inch front facing holes, spaced 50mm apart, you can place your rack attachments on your jammers as you would on your rack uprights, and use them as normal


So no need to take off your jammers whenever you're done using them!


In the photos we've attached a pair of Sandwich J-Cups, and Rack Mounted Plate Storage and our unique Knurled Handles for a straight barbell feel when using the Jammer Arms.

Is my rack compatible with these Jammer Arms?

Our Jammer Arms are compatible with our racks in our J-Series range, or with racks that have 60x60mm uprights, and 1-inch/26mm front facing holes.


We have specially designed the Jammer Arms 2.0 to be compatible with as many 60x60mm racks as possible!


Contact us if you have any questions or unsure on your rack's compatibility, and we'd be happy to help you out.


We also stock Jammer Arms for racks with 50x50mm uprights, and 75x75mm uprights. 

How will my Jammer Arms be delivered?

We will send the J-Series Jammer Arms with one of our courier partners on a next working day service. 

The jammers will be sent in 2 boxes.

If the jammers do not arrive on the next working day, please check your tracking and your delivery options before contacting us.


If the Jammer Arms are ordered alongside other items, we may send them on a 2-working day pallet service.

We will contact you if you have placed a large order.

What's in the box?

The jammers will arrive in 1 box. They arrive pre-built.


We recommended all bolts are checked and tightened if necessary before use.


No tools are included. 

What does the Warranty cover?

Your 1-year Warranty covers the jammers breaking or not performing as expected.

The warranty does not cover cosmetic damages, general wear-and-tear, and the jammers breaking due to misuse.

How can I return this item?

The Jammer Arms have arrived damaged.

In the very unlikely event that the jammers have arrived damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging (prior to opening the product if possible), and also the damages to the arms, and contact us immediately.
