ABOUT US

Rival Strength was founded and is owned by two brothers; Sam and Jake Hurman. 
Sam graduated with a degree in Product Design at Loughborough University, and Jake graduated with a Sports Business Management degree at Bournemouth University. 
Having been involved in sport and gym throughout their lives, they started Rival Strength in 2020 to pursue a goal of creating a leading sports equipment brand in the UK. 

We were proud winners of the 40 Under 40 Young Entrepreneur Business Awards in 2022!


'The 40 Under 40 Business Awards recognise the innovative individuals who live or work in Surrey, and showcase the achievements of the next generation of young entrepreneurs and business leaders under the age of 40 across the primary sectors in Surrey'.

Our head office and warehouse is based in Billingshurst, West Sussex. You can find us right by the train station, and we are only 1 hour away from London, Portsmouth, and Brighton.


We operate and have total control over our warehouse, and don't outsource or dropship any of our products. This allows us to have more flexibility when it comes to shipping and delivery, and also have greater quality control than our competitors.


We have recently completed a full refurbishment of our head office and showroom! If you would like to come down and try any of the equipment, we'd love to show you what we have in store.

We take pride in our first class customer service, with Sam and Jake on hand to support you on your journey in creating a top quality gym. From our range of commercial grade equipment, to our 3D Gym Design service, and extensive product knowledge and development; Rival Strength can cater for any gym.

We also offer Customisations on a number of our products. If your ceiling height is too low for one of our racks, we can customise the rack's height to your exact specification to ensure it'll work for you. So you can get the rack you want, without compromising on features!
