We are delighted to be able to offer customisations on plenty of products across the Rival Strength store. 

We have the facilities in our warehouse to shorten the uprights of our Folding Wall Mount Racks and Squat Racks.

I think I need a customisation, but I'm unsure.

If you believe you may need one of our racks customised, or you have any other questions about customisations, please get in touch with us, and we'll be able to advise if a customisation is necessary, and if so, how much shorter we'd need to customise the rack.

How much does a customisation cost?

Customisations start at £40, to shorten 2 uprights. However, we may charge more based on your request. We will only begin your customisation once you've confirmed you're happy with the proposal. We will never hit you with hidden or unexpected fees.

How long does a customisation take?

Most customisations take an additional few working days to complete. We will provide you with an estimated completion and delivery date once you have approved the customisation.

Can I cancel a customisation?

Once you have approved a customisation, it cannot be cancelled and the customisation fee we charged you cannot be refunded. So, please ensure you are 100% happy to go ahead with the customisation, and that the result will fit in your gym. We won't start a customisation without your confirmation.

Can I return a customised product?

Customised products cannot be returned or refunded. Please see our Refund Policy for more details.
