We will send the bumper plates with one of our courier partners on a next working day service. 

We will attempt to send the plates in as few boxes as possible, but please note they may not all arrive at the same time. Please check your tracking and wait at least 24 hours before contacting us.

If the bumpers do not arrive on the next working day, please check your tracking and your delivery options before contacting us.

If the plates are ordered alongside other items, we may send them on a 2-working day pallet service.

The bumper plates should be used on a minimum of 15mm rubber flooring for maximum longevity. Any grease, dirt, chalk, or sweat can be cleaned with warm soapy water and a non-abrasive cloth. Then use a separate dry towel for drying.

Your 2-year Warranty covers the plates breaking or not performing as expected.

The warranty does not cover cosmetic damages, general wear-and-tear, and the plates breaking due to misuse.

In the very unlikely event that the plates have arrived damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging (prior to opening the product if possible), and also the damages to the plates, and contact us immediately.

We will evaluate the best course of action on a case-by-case basis.

If for any reason you'd like to return any of the plates, then please contact us using one of the suggested methods.
