Rival Strength

Rival Strength have almost stocked my whole home gym. Being a local South East company provided reassurance that they are close enough if something isn't right and that it will arrive as described. Quality if items purchased is always of a superb standard and customer service and after care another level. Highly recommend and will continue to buy through them.

Don't know where to start. Customer service is beyond amazing. Couldn't recommend this company enough, and more specifically Jake for dealing with my multiple orders coming to the Scottish Highlands. If you want good quality, amazong customer service and fast shipping, I wouldn't recommend anywhere else.

Contacted Rival along with some other gym equipment providers when I was looking at building my home gym. Rival were the best to respond and provided great insight onto equipment sizing. Price wise they were very competitive also. Throughout the process Sam could not be more helpful giving updates on availability and then communicating around delivery.

Had the equipment for a few solid weeks of training now and it is like a commercial gym without the people or the travel time.

I was asked to kit out my boss’s home gym on a Monday, and Rival Fitness had everything delivered and ready to go by the Saturday, genuinely incredible service. Jake and the team were so helpful throughout, offering great advice on what to go for and making sure everything worked perfectly for the space.

They were efficient, responsive, and went above and beyond to help me pull it all together under serious time pressure. The equipment is excellent quality and my boss was really impressed, which made all the difference!

Another 5 out of 5 purchase from Rival Strength. The items were exactly as described and pictured on the website and the order was fulfilled that day. Whoever works in the packing department needs a raise, each item was very well protected for transit, even though the outer box was punctured when received, the items were in perfect condition. Always received quick delivery from their courier with ample notifications. Have made a number of purchases from Rival Strength and been very satisfied each time!
