The plates feature an easy to use tri-grip design that offers more comfort and mobility when performing single plate exercises. The tri-grip design also allows for quick and easy changeovers when adjusting weights before or between sets. 

Suitable for any Olympic (2"/50mm) barbell, machine, or attachment. Fixed metal inserts for added strength and stability when on the bar. 

Optional Barbells can then be selected to accompany one of the above sets. Please open the 'Specification' tab for more information on the optional Barbells.
