How will my Cast Iron Kettlebells be delivered?
We will send your Cast Iron Kettlebells with one of our courier partners on a next working day service.
The kettlebells will be sent in as few boxes as possible. Please note they may not arrive at the same time. Please check your tracking and wait at least 24 hours before contacting us.
If any of the kettlebells don't arrive on the next working day, please check your tracking and your delivery options before contacting us.
If the kettlebells are ordered alongside other items, we may send them on a 2-working day pallet service.
We will contact you if you have placed a large order.

What does the Warranty cover?
Your 2-year Warranty covers the kettlebells breaking or not performing as expected.
The warranty does not cover cosmetic damages, general wear-and-tear, and the kettlebells breaking due to misuse.

How can I return this item?
If for any reason you'd like to return any of the Cast Iron Kettlebells, then please contact us using one of the suggested methods.
We will evaluate the best course of action on a case-by-case basis.

The kettlebells have arrived damaged.
In the very unlikely event that the kettlebells have arrived damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging (prior to opening the product if possible), and also the damages to the kettlebells, and contact us immediately.
We will evaluate the best course of action on a case-by-case basis.
