Our MAX Grip handles have been made from a quality rubber coating, that covers the entire handle, unlike others on the market. Our handles are fully coated with a steel insert in the loop, this prevents damaging while in use and adds strength to the handle. 

The Pulldown Close Grip position places more emphasis on Back and Bicep muscle groups compared to the wider grip attachments. Lats, Core and upper back are still heavily involved in the movement, prompting major muscle growth.

By using a more neutral grip angle, less strain is placed on the forearms and biceps, offering a more comfortable angle for pulling. This is ideal for those that don't want to isolate the biceps and forearms like with the Pro / Supinated Pulldown.  

The handles have been ergonomically designed to reduce strain on your wrists and forearm, while also improving your overall grip.
