Introducing the Rival Strength Rack / Wall Mounted GHD, featuring textured pads and adjustable foot supports. The Glute Ham Developer, also known as GHD, is the ideal tool for performing Glute raises, back extensions, crunches and many other great exercises!

The GHD is rack or wall mounted, offering a more space efficient solution for your GHD due to the smaller footprint! The GHD is bolted onto the rack or wall, providing a robust and sturdy fixing point to keep the GHD secure while training. The GHD can be removed if mounting to your rack, and transported using the caster wheels at the base. If wall fixings, it is not recommended to move the GHD once fixed.

Please note, the GHD is only compatible with racks that have 26mm front or side facing holes. (Contact us if you have any questions).
