The plates are all 450mm in diameter, to meet IWF standards and comply with IWF colour coding. Green (10kg), Yellow (15kg), Blue (20kg) and Red (25kg).
The Bumper Plates are suitable for all Olympic diameter bars (2" / 50mm) and have a +/- 10g weight tolerance.
