The Rival Strength Weight Sled, with 2 removable push poles.

This sled is ideal for building explosive strength, often seen in strongman and rugby training. Weight plates can be added to the centre of the sled to increase the load and resistance!

Suitable for use on most terrains (gym track, outside). 

Two poles for pushing and pulling, can be mounted front or back. Easily removable, ideal when pushing up and down a track. 

Body Harness and 10 metre / 15 metre ropes can be added as an option extra!
