Adjustable Dumbbells are ideal for saving space and money, the unique design provides a smaller dumbbell size when selecting the lighter weights, getting bigger as you increase the weight. 

The ends of the dumbbells are designed to always stay completely flat, offering a more ergonomic base when resting on your knee before a lift. The compact design also makes performing exercises easier. 

To change the weight, simply rotate the handle of the dumbbell, each handle has a weight selection dial so you can quickly and easily get the right weight for the exercise. 

The dumbbells come as a pair, offering the following weight increments per dumbbell:

2KG, 4KG, 6KG, 8KG, 10KG, 12KG, 14KG, 16KG, 18KG, 20KG, 22KG, 24KG.
