Rival Battle Ropes

Rival Strength's Battle Ropes are a great piece of kit that can be used anywhere.

Battle Ropes can introduce new movements, such as slam, wave, or whip, into your workout, and trains muscles in new ways you wouldn't usually. They also provide a great cardio burn whilst strengthening and toning muscle, and are generally pretty fun to use!

Made from high quality, durable nylon rope, our Battle Ropes won't start to tear or fray, and will keep up with the pace you put them through.

Need an anchor for your rope? Why not use a Kettlebell! We recommend using anything above 16KG to weigh the rope down, but the heavier the better.
