Rival Strength's Air-Bike is the perfect cardio machine for your goals; whether you're doing a HIIT workout, interval training, injury rehab, or warming-up or cooling down, there is nothing this bike can't cater for. 

The Air-Bike has a fan, which uses air resistance to scale the intensity of the workout - the harder and faster you peddle, the higher the resistance and the harder the workout will be. No messing about with knobs and gears for different levels of resistance; if you want a less intense workout, simply cycle slower for less resistance.
