Rival Strength's Olympic Safety Squat Bar offers a more comfortable and safe solution to take your squats to the next level.
 
The bar reduces strain and stresses on your shoulders through the unique padding and grip positions. The grip positioning and weight distribution makes for a much more safe and comfortable lift, allowing you to push more weight and reps, further adding to your growth. 
 
The barbell features comfortable padding and hand grips, alleviating strain on shoulders and wrists.
 
The bar weighs an even 20KG, making tracking progress more convenient, while offering the same feel as a standard Olympic Barbell.
 
This Barbell is suitable for racking on a squat rack.
 
Knurled grips for additional use as a straight bar.
