Introducing our S-Series Jammer Arms, with glide rail trolley system. Made from 3mm thick, 75x75mm box section steel, these Jammer Arms are built to last. Featuring our trolley system, making it easy to glide up and down your uprights, allowing you to quickly change the height of the arms in-between sets. With adjustable angled and straight grips on the handles, the jammer arms are suitable for a range of different exercises, from chest press to bent over row!

The Trolley system is made from 10mm thick steel, with knurled handles and an easy to use pop-pin to secure in place on the rack.

Please note, the Jammer arms are only compatible with our S-Series racks, or racks with a 75x75mm box section and 26mm front and side facing holes positioned at alternating intervals. (Contact us if you have any questions).

For the Jammer Arms to work with your rack, your uprights must have;

• 75x75mm Box Section Uprights
• 26mm / 1-inch Front Facing Holes
  
• 26mm / 1-inch Side Facing Holes
  
• 50mm / 2-inch Front and Side Facing Hole Spacing
  
• Front and Side Facing Holes positioned at alternating intervals (please see the images)

The Jammer Arms have two pins, one on the back to secure when gliding up and down the rack, with one on the side as a safety pin to ensure they do not move.
