Rival Strength's Air-Bike is the perfect cardio machine for your goals; whether you're doing a HIIT workout, interval training, injury rehab, or warming-up or cooling down, there is nothing this bike can't cater for.
The Air-Bike has a fan attached to a flywheel, which uses air resistance to scale the intensity of the workout - the harder and faster you peddle, the higher the resistance and the harder the workout will be. No messing about with knobs and gears for different levels of resistance; if you want a less intense workout, simply cycle slower for less resistance.
The Bike uses a part-chain and part-band drivetrain for easy maintenance and smooth cycling.
It has a high quality LCD screen for tracking your workouts in real time*, and preset interval training routines. You can also create your own interval training routines by using the custom interval button!
The bike has 2 castor wheels at the front, a handle at the rear, a water bottle holder, and the seat is fully adjustable and has 10 height levels, and has 4 front/back levels

With a fan attached to a flywheel, the Rival Air-Bike use air as it's main force of resistance
As with all fan-based machines, the difficulty of the workout is dependent on how hard you work - the harder you work, the more air resistance is created, and the harder the fan is to spin

A high-quality LCD screen means you can track your workout in real time
You can also guide your workouts with interval training presets
The Air-Bike also has the ability for you to create your own custom interval training. Simply press the Interval Custom button, and then use the up/down arrows to choose the timings and sets

The Rival Air-Bike includes an ergonomic seat that'll keep you comfortable as you ride
The seat has 10 levels of height adjustment
It also has 4 levels of front/back adjustment so you can find the perfect position
built-in castor wheels
Built-in castor wheels at the front of the make makes it easy to move around your gym
You can then use the seat and the base handle of the bike to lift it up and start moving it around your gym

The Air-Bike provides you with a serious full-body workout
You train your legs as you peddle, and your arms and shoulders with the handles, all whilst you engage your core
The Air-Bike is often used by CrossFit athletes, and is loved and hated in equal measure, due to the intensity of the workout

How will my Air-Bike be delivered?
We will send your Air-Bike on a 2-working day pallet service.
As with all pallet deliveries, we will contact you following your order.

What's in the box?
The Air-Bike will arrive in 1 box.
The box includes all the fixings needed to build the machine. Instructions are included.
Allen Keys are provided.
What does the Warranty cover?
Your 1-year Warranty covers the Air-Bike breaking or not performing as expected.
The warranty does not cover cosmetic damages, general wear-and-tear, and the Air-Bike breaking due to misuse.

How can I return this item?

The Air-Bike has arrived damaged.
In the very unlikely event that the Air-Bike has arrived damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging (prior to opening the product if possible), and also the damages to the machine, and contact us immediately.
We will evaluate the best course of action on a case-by-case basis.
